Graduation exercises are held in August of each year or earlier as the term will run. All graduating students are expected to participate in these exercises. Graduation is a time of celebration and students are encouraged to invite friends and family. Students from each college year with perfect attendance, highest exam grades (valedictorian) and best work records are honoured.

Student transcripts can be obtained with a written request to the administrative office. If for any reason the student loses his/her transcript, copies would be made available for a fee.
