If it is necessary to withdraw from a course or college in which a student is considered of full statues, the following policy is followed:

1. The £10 registration/application fee is non-refundable

2. Tuition fee for the 1st three months is non-refundable

3. 100% refund no later than 6 weeks before next term. 0% less than 6 weeks

If a student leaves CBC with and outstanding account, he or she will not receive a certificate. A transcript cannot be acquired. The college will not recommend that student for any position, either secular or ministerial.
